So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The bottom line? Multimedia is a wonderful asset that can significantly enhance the accessibility of your site and create a richer experience for all your users. Use video. Use audio. You can even use Flash—it’s an extraordinary tool—but be aware that in doing so you incur major challenges where accessibility is concerned. Think carefully about how to meet those challenges—and when you find a way to do it, share your discovery!
