It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Sharing InfoPath Forms
In this section, we will briefly consider how to share InfoPath forms rather than publish InfoPath form templates.
Saving to a Shared Folder
A very basic (and somewhat limited) way to share an InfoPath form is to save it to a shared folder. Doing so allows others on your network to access the form.
Saving to a shared folder might provide very simple workflows, but it is likely to be suitable only in very small departments. For example, only those on the same network will have access to the form template.
Sending a Form by Email
InfoPath 2003 allows you to share a form by emailing it to one or more colleagues. To use the functionality to include the InfoPath form as MHTML inside the email, you need to have Outlook 2003 installed ...
