Managing Print Jobs

To manage a printer and its print jobs, you use the print management window. You can access a printer's management window from the Printers And Faxes folder. Simply doubleclick the printer you want to work with. If you want to manage print jobs on a remote print server, start Windows Explorer, expand My Network Places, and navigate to the Printers And Faxes folder of the remote print server. You can then double-click the printer to access its management window.
