9. End-User Analytics

Overview

In this chapter, we cover leading tools used by working analysts to perform the tasks described in the previous three chapters (see Exhibit 9.1). First, we describe the most common analyst user personas—general categories of users with common needs and preferences. Next, we cover the most widely used analytic programming languages. We close the chapter with a brief description of some widely used analysis tools with a business user interface.
