BACK ON THE TRIAGE WAGON
It’s at the end of the day and there are an additional thirty unanswered messages in your inbox and sixteen messages to answer in the Respond Today folder. There will be times when you fall behind in triaging your e-mail. Don’t panic. All you need to do is create a weekly stopgap time where you empty your inbox and get caught up. This practice gives you a fresh start each week and sets you up to be the master of your inbox rather than the victim of it.
