I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In the television series Dirty Sexy Money, actor Donald Sutherland plays a multibillionaire named Tripp. One of the episodes showed a morning in his life. The scene opened with someone pulling back the curtains with great gusto, welcoming in the daylight. Then the camera panned to Tripp lying in his bed (it was the butler who had opened the curtains). In the next scene, the butler gave Tripp a shave, handed him a tie, and then handed him the newspaper as he walked out the door. Wouldn’t it be great if we all had a butler?
