So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Conflict and Peace
INTRODUCTION
In international relations, conflict and peace are two recurring phenomena. They move parallelly within the arena of international politics. Conflict of ideas or interests may lead to the situation of war. Peace is generally conceived of as equivalent to the absence of manifest violence.
CONCEPT OF PEACE
Peace as a concept can be defined as the concept of societal friendship and harmony in the absence of hostility and violence. Ideally, peace is a much wider concept than the absence of conflict.
