So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

INTRODUCTION
Monitoring is a continuous process of gathering and evaluating data to evaluate a program’s effectiveness. Program planning, monitoring, and improvement all involve the utilization of this data. India has not yet set minimal requirements for evaluating public programs. It becomes difficult to compare the same program across states and time because of the considerable variance in quality and frequency of evaluations caused by their absence.
