I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Federalism in India
INTRODUCTION
A federal governance structure refers to the division of powers between the federal and provincial governments; i.e., central and state governments, where both structures have separate jurisdiction and no one derives its authority from the other. It is an arrangement of power-sharing between two levels of government. The term ‘federation’ is derived from the Latin word ‘foedus’ meaning ‘treaty’ or ‘agreement’.
The constitution of India provides for a federal system of government in the country. However, the term ‘federation’ is nowhere mentioned in the constitution. Article 1 of the Indian constitution simply describes India as a ‘Union of States’. ‘Union of States’ indicates two things:
