I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As you can see, the real power of the One Word journey is putting it into action. When you spread the word to your family and organization, you not only make yourself better, you make everyone around you better. And as you and everyone in your organization choose and live your words, you become a more powerful and positive force in the world and make a greater impact.

What you do today determines who you become tomorrow. And what you do each year determines the legacy you leave. Small decisions that you make as you live out your One Word, those seemingly insignificant choices, put you on a path that determines the direction and destination of your life and those on your journey.
Your word shapes your character. Your character influences your actions. Your actions influence others. The lives you touch and the impact you have determine the story that will be told about you tomorrow.
Leaving a lasting legacy and making a mark happens when you live out your word each year.
Throughout history, ordinary men and women who have lived with passion, purpose, and courage have left enduring legacies and have changed the world. Each year your One Word will ultimately help shape your destiny and maybe even history!
So as you experience the One Word process, know that you are not just shaping you; you are also shaping the world around you. You are creating your One Word legacy.
