have no eect on the desire to telework.
In the same vein, Mannering and Mokhtarian (1995) use survey data col-
lected from employees of three government agencies in California to model the
frequency of teleworking. e results show that being a mother of small children
had a positive inuence on teleworking, as did the number of vehicles per capita
in the household.
