It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Migration/Transformation/Upgrade Methodologies
In order to begin a database upgrade, migration, and/or transformation, you must first devise a plan. This plan must include the way that you propose to attack the problem. The collection of methods or ways you intend to go about this task is the methodology. There are multiple methods and combinations of methods to perform this task. This chapter will provide examples of some of those methods and how you might use them to choose your path.
