Oracle Wallet Manager
Within Oracle Application Server 9i (9.x) and Oracle Application Server 10g, Oracle Wallet Manager is used for all certificate storage, and more importantly, for SSL certificate storage. It’s then used by mod_ossl, which replaces the use of mod_ssl and open_ssl within standard Apache.
To start Oracle Wallet Manager, either select it in the Oracle menu on Microsoft Windows or type owm within the Oracle Application Server $ORACLE_HOME/bin on Unix.
