In the last chapter you learned the basics of HTML. In this chapter you expand on that knowledge. First, forms are discussed. Forms are essential for developing Web sites with Oracle’s PSP or PL/SQL Web Toolkit technology. They give the developer an important means for passing parameters from one Web page to another.

Next, tables are further discussed as to how they can be used for formatting a Web page and also elements within a Web page, such as a form.

Last, two methods for nesting frames are discussed.
