General Considerations

All Web sites have base technology requirements and resources/skill sets requirements in common. The minimum technology required for a Web site is a Web server, users who have access to a Web browser, and the Internet or intranet to connect the two. The minimum skill set for the resources, or coders, is knowledge of HTML. This is all that is required for a Web site with static HTML pages.
