Organizations are faced with risk issues in every aspect of their exis-
tence. There is positive and negative risk in each process and activity from
the simplest to the most complex. Each department within an organiza-
tion is likely to have established plans and practices to address risk mat-
ters. The plans are critical components to increasing the resilience of an
organization in conjunction with ANSI/ASIS SPC.1-2009. These plans are
