I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Maturity Model
WHAT IS A MATURITY MODEL?
Philip Crosby developed the concept of a maturity model in his 1979 book
Quality Is Free, in which he presented a Quality Management Maturity
Grid. Since then, maturity models have become valuable tools in quality
assurance, business continuity, and a number of management systems on
these topics and others.
ANSI/ASIS SPC.4-2012 presents a six-phase maturity model for mea-
suring organizational resilience efforts within an organization that will
allow for a more rational and effective approach to achieving ORM at an
organization. ANSI/ASIS SPC.4-2012 correctly identies that the phased
approach recognizes that resilience must be achieved in balance with
