I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WHY USE A MATURITY MODEL?
The value of using an organizational resilience maturity model (ORMM) in
achieving ORM lies in the development of a shared understanding of
where the organization currently is and what is necessary to get the orga-
nization to where it wants to be. As noted earlier in this book, achieving
organizational resilience (OR) through the development and implementa-
tion of organizational resilience management requires considerable effort
and resources. To achieve the desired goals you must have a good plan to
meet these goals and using the maturity model is an excellent method.
