BCM allows your business to share and manage customers, sales, and project information all in one place. BCM gives you a better handle on sales opportunities and allows you to respond to customer needs more efficiently. You can manage leads, prospects, and customers; track and forecast sales opportunities; assign and follow up on project tasks; and deploy more successful marketing campaigns.
