En este capítulo presentaremos la última pieza del puzzle que une los patrones Repositorio y Capa de Servicios: el patrón Unidad de Trabajo.
Si el patrón Repositorio es nuestra abstracción sobre la idea de almacenamiento persistente, el patrón Unidad de Trabajo (UoW) es nuestra abstracción sobre la idea de operaciones atómicas. Nos permitirá desacoplar por fin y por completo nuestra capa de servicios de la capa de datos.
La Figura 6-1 muestra que, actualmente, se produce mucha comunicación entre las capas de nuestra infraestructura: la API habla directamente con la capa de la base de datos para iniciar una sesión, habla con la capa del repositorio para inicializarSQLAlchemyRepository, y habla con la capa del servicio para pedirle que asigne.
