So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CHAPTER 6: HOW DO YOU COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STANDARD?
For all organisations that must comply with the PCI DSS, there are two options for demonstrating compliance: an annual on-site security audit by a QSA or an ISA and the submission of four passing quarterly network scans by an ASV (where applicable), or completion of a self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) and the submission of four passing quarterly ASV network scans. Which option applies is determined by an organisation’s transaction volume and whether it has previously suffered a security breach.
