So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CHAPTER 11: PROCEDURES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The PCI SSC mandates the procedures that must be followed in conducting audits and in carrying out scanning procedures. It also lays down specific requirements for qualification as a QSA or an ASV.

To be recognised as a QSA by the PCI SSC, QSAs must meet or exceed the requirements described in the above document and must also execute the QSA Agreement in Appendix A with the PCI SSC. Clients can provide feedback on the effectiveness of the QSA.
