I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

PeopleSoft Developer's Guide for PeopleTools & PeopleCode eopleSoft has its roots firmly planted in the legacy code of COBOL because a lot of the early developers and or adopters of PeopleSoft came from the mainframe environment and it was an easy transition. I started working with PeopleSoft on version 8.0 and helped with an upgrade to 8.3. I came to this position from having been a DBA, and a developer before that, working with software such as Visual Basic, C++, and Java, so when I was asked to modify and work in COBOL I was truly like a deer in the headlights.
