So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Morning scenario: the digital clock radio kicks in at 6:30 a.m. and you drag yourself downstairs, making a beeline for the coffeemaker. You dump the dregs into a mug, then nuke it in the microwave for a minute while you hunt down the elusive remote for your TV-VCR. While swigging down the java, you catch a few minutes of CNN Headline News, then head for the car and the challenges of the morning commute. By the time you reach the office and flick the power switch on your desktop machine, you have probably already made use of a dozen or more computers loaded with millions of lines of code.
