I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 2. Shadows of the Night: Soft Shadow Effects
Okay, this isn’t an entire chapter on just shadow effects but is it just a coincidence that nearly every effect in this chapter has a drop shadow somewhere in the project? I think not. Okay, what about the title? Come on, that’s an easy one—Pat Benatar. Of course, if you’re under the age of 40 you probably have no idea who Pat Benatar is, but as I remember it, she was either a state assemblywoman from Ohio’s 16th district or a hugely popular rock singer whose name still resounds with people who today drive Buick LeSabres and listen to oldies stations.
