A significant—and often misunderstood—feature to come out of Experience Cloud in over the years is the ability to create and manage what are called Experience Builder templates, or “Lightning Bolts.” With the introduction of templates, declarative app builders and programmatic developers alike have been empowered on the Salesforce platform. In this chapter, I will clearly explain what Lightning Bolts are and demonstrate how to build and distribute them.
