The end product of Salesforce Experience Cloud (previously Community Cloud) can be referred to by a variety of terms: digital experiences, social websites, partner portals, business sites, online communities, etc. While the nomenclature may vary, the end goal is the same: to engage, enable, and empower the customers, partners, and/or employees of one’s organization.
