“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” This quote was attributed to the management guru Peter Drucker in 2006 and made famous by Mark Fields, who later became chief executive of Ford Motor Company.
Put simply, this means that no matter how strong your strategic plan is, its implementation will be seriously hindered if your organization does not have the right culture supported and shared by everyone across the organization.
