Next Steps

The next steps with the Bug list are to provide in-place editing so that the user can click on a row and edit the record, and to add templates to control the display of the data. We’ll defer this discussion until after Chapter 11, in which we will look at how to get data to and from a database, and how to update that data (Chapter 12). Once we have a database as a data source for the data grid, it will be easy to see how in-place editing is accomplished (Chapter 13).
