About the Authors

Dr. James J. Jiang is Professor of Information Systems with National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Jiang was the inaugural recipient of the Fu-Bon Endowed Professorship, National Taiwan University and the Dr. Yuan Tseh Lee Outstanding Chaired Professor of the Foundation for the Advancement of Outstanding Scholarship. Dr. Jiang served as a Distinguished Professor of information systems (IS), Australian National University, and a Research Professor of IS, University of Central Florida, for more than two decades. He was also the first recipient of the Business School Distinguished Scholar Award, University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2017.
