It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This concludes Part I of Pure JavaScript. In these three chapters, you have been introduced to the language, seen many of its features, learned its semantics and much of the syntax, and worked with the server-side environment. Part II, "Programming in JavaScript," provides a look at the environments in which JavaScript can be interpreted and into the actual use of the language.
