So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Moving On
This chapter reviewed a lot of material. It contained discussions on browser items and objects that extend the functionality of the browser itself. As a serious JavaScript developer, you should have found much of this information very useful, if not immediately applicable in the applications you are now creating.
Chapter 5, "Forms, Cookies, Windows, and Layers," will take you through the maze of information surrounding these topics. You will learn how they fit together, and you can practice their application on the examples detailed in the chapter.
