It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Pythonのリストには、要素を追加するappendメソッドやinsertメソッド、要素
を削除するpopメソッド、要素を数えるcountメソッドなど、さまざまなメソッド
が用意されています。また、重複する要素を持たない集合（set）というデータ型を
用いて要素の重複を削除したり、sorted関数やreversed関数といった関数で要素を
並べ替えたりすることも可能です。さらに、二次元リストを活用することで、デー
タをより柔軟に扱えるようになります。
