So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

INTRODUCTION
The literature review is a part of the research process that has challenged many scholars over time. Scholars face choices about whether, how and when to do a literature review. In this chapter, we consider the literature review in the context of a qualitative research study. We begin by defining what we mean by a literature review and by describing why we believe that producing one of good quality is important. We provide advice about how to develop a literature review that is broad, deep and critical. Finally, we describe processes for searching for as well as managing and organizing literature.
