So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

For some time, we have needed a comprehensive and accessible guide to the many ideas on qualitative research that at once sets out the philosophical background and takes the reader through each of the stages of the research process. Qualitative Research: The essential guide to theory and practice comes as near as possible to pulling off such a mission and will surely prove to be invaluable both to research students (for whom this textbook may become their Bible) and for lecturers on the topic (for whom this volume will surely prove to be an invaluable aide memoire).
