Abstract
Sensors based on chips have become an increasingly effective and adaptable instrument for identifying and monitoring various physical and chemical parameters. Integrating diverse sensing functionalities onto a single microchip platform, these sensors harness the power of miniaturization, paving the way for highly compact, efficient, and versatile sensing solutions. These miniaturized devices provide rapid and accurate detection of various analytes, such as viruses, pathogens, pollutants, and hazardous substances.
