As projected, ethnic diversity in the US workforce continues to increase in the twenty-first century (M. P. Bell, 2006; Blancero, Mouriño-Ruiz, & Padilla, 2018; Cox & Blake, 1991; Thomas & Ely, 1996). Given these trends, organizations must ensure that they are creating the conditions that will enable all members to thrive at work.
