When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Arup Nanda, Oracle ACE Director, Oak Table Network member, and winner of Oracle’s DBA of the Year award in 2003 and Enterprise Architect of the Year in 2012, has been an Oracle DBA and developer for 22 years and counting. He is the principal global database architect of a New York–area multinational company. He has coauthored six books, written more than 500 published articles, presented more than 300 sessions, and taught multi-day-long seminars in over 20 countries. He is an editor of SELECT Journal, the International Oracle User Group publication, and is a member of the board of directors of Exadata SIG.
