So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The work order is the single most important document within maintenance. Beginning as a work request, it becomes a description of work to be accomplished. If maintenance was operating as a business, it would in essence be the invoice given to the customer with total costs of labor, parts, and materials used.
