When designing a processor, the most important task is to determine the Instruction Set Architecture (ISA). The instruction set serves as the interface between software and hardware, and built upon it is a vast ecosystem, including toolchains, application software, solutions, and user habits. Therefore, independently designing an instruction set incurs a tremendous workload.
