I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

SFDC should be the hub of a comprehensive system for managing and storing the legal and contractual artifacts of the customer relationship over time. Like it or not, somebody in finance and legal is going to be involved with SFDC from the very beginning. If the system is the least bit successful, it’s going to be a whole bunch of somebodies. So no matter what your function in the finance organization, you need to read the sections that apply to your job title and skim the rest.
