To add a Facebook authentication to our helpdesk application, you need to create an account with Facebook if you don't already have it. Otherwise, we need to log in to the Facebook developer forum at https://developers.facebook.com/apps. Once we have logged in, it shows the list of apps and an Add a New App button to create a new app ID for authentication. Take a look at this for reference:
Click on the Add a New App button; it shows the popup to add the name of the application. Then, click on Create App Id that will redirect you to the dashboard of our application:
