Multi regional storage is a Geo-redundant storage; it stores your data at multiple Geo locations or data centers across the globe. It stores your data in at least two geographic locations separated by at least 100 miles within the multiregional location of the bucket. It is ideal for low latency high availability application where your application serves the content, such as live streaming of videos, audios, or gaming content, to the users across the globe. Due to data redundancy, it provides high availability. It costs slightly more as compared to other storage classes.
