So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Updating your web.xml file
The next steps involve a series of updates to the web.xml file. Some of the steps have already been performed because the application was already using Spring MVC. However, we will go over these requirements to ensure that more fundamental Spring requirements are understood, in the event that you are using Spring Security in an application that is not Spring-enabled.
