So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Starting the samples within IDEA
Running milestone projects can be done by creating a Run/Debug Configuration entry for each project.
Starting with our fresh workspace, perform the following steps:
- Go to File | Run and select Edit Configurations..., as shown in the following screenshot:
- You will be presented with options to add new configurations. Select the plus (+) sign in the upper-left corner to choose a new Gradle configuration, as shown in the following screenshot:
- Now, you can give it a name like chapter15.00 (bootRun) and select ...
