It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Changes to configuration in Spring Security 4
Many of the changes in Spring Security 4 will be visible in the namespace style of configuration in XML-based configuration. We will be covering mostly Java-based configuration in this chapter, but will also note some notable XML-based changes. Although this chapter cannot cover all of the minor changes in detail, we'll try to cover those changes that will be most likely to affect you as you move to Spring Security 4.
