It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
RMSprop
RMSprop and Adadelta were both developed independently around the same time to resolve Adagrad's radically diminishing learning rates (RMSprop also divides the learning rate by an exponentially decaying average of squared gradients).
