So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

He mentions how important it is to know the history of every show. “I did “General Hospital,” and I learned pretty quickly, but when I was done there and went to “Days of Our Lives,” I had two weeks to learn the show.
