This chapter focuses on entrepreneurs who have harnessed the Power of People as their primary superpower to succeed eons above and beyond the norm. There are three approaches—Mirror Mentors, Beef Up the Board, and Community Builders.

1. Mirror Mentors

Mentors offer personal support and advice to entrepreneurs, not the broader company. Advisors work on behalf of the company and its shareholders.
