I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Christopher G. Worley (Ph.D., University of Southern California) is a senior research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations (USC's Marshall School of Business) and professor of management in Pepperdine University's Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program. Dr. Worley's most recent books, coauthored with Ed Lawler, are Management Reset and Built to Change. He also authored Integrated Strategic Change, and with Tom Cummings has coauthored six editions of Organization Development and Change, the leading textbook on organization development.
